Hey it’s JJ!! Last week, I decided to challenge myself to try some new types of workouts!  I’ve been kinda bored the last few months and I wanted to explore a little to see what workouts fit me best! There are still a few classes that I would love to try.  A friend told me about the Ballet Barre class. I’ve never done a spin class although I feel like the butt pain would be unbearable.  I’m really leaning towards the Hard Core Pilates class and the boot camp.  Wish me luck!
