I met Brian Angel in 2012 when I attended U of H and this dude has been a great person to have in my contact list. I first interviewed him for my internet radio show that I had in college and asked him some tough, personal questions…in a respectful way and he answered every single one. At the time, there were heavy rumors that Day26 had broken up but he told me that it couldn’t be further from the truth. B let me know that they were just on a mini-break (but I didn’t believe a word out of his mouth). Little did I know…the joke was on me, because a couple of years after our conversation, one of our favorite boy bands dropped “The Return EP” and were performing in selected cities. I appreciate Brian’s honesty and his ability to follow through on his word, because there are so many people in this industry who are the exact opposite. I’m excited for his new solo project “Daybreak” coming soon.
