This definitely takes being suspended from school on account of dress code to a whole nother level!
Deshon Marman, a University of New Mexico football player, was arrested at the airport after resisting to comply with an employee’s request for him to pull up his pants. His pants were said to be below his waistline, exposing his boxers.
US Airways spokeswoman Valerie Wunder said the airline’s dress code forbids indecent exposure or inappropriate attire.
A U.S. Airways spokeswoman said that the airline does not tolerate indecent exposure or inappropriate attire.
Although, “saggy pants” is not illegal in San Francisco, it is in some other cities. More people are trying to enforce this law, including Texas.
