'Good Fortune' Official Trailer Released

We finally got the official trailer for one of the most highly anticipated films of the year. Continue reading to check it out and to find out when it will be hitting screens worldwide. The comedy Good Fortune follows a well-meaning but rather inept angel named Gabriel, who is tasked with protecting people, primarily preventing minor mishaps like texting and driving. Gabriel is assigned to help a struggling gig worker named Arj, who does odd jobs for Jeff, a wealthy venture capitalist. In true Trading Places fashion, Gabriel decides to teach Arj that “money doesn’t buy happiness” and orchestrates a life swap between Arj and Jeff. A classic divine-intervention tale ensues from there as everything unravels. Good Fortune stars Keanu Reeves (The Matrix series, Hardball, the John Wick series) as Gabriel, Aziz Ansari (Parks and Recreation, Master of None) as Arj and Seth Rogen (Superbad, Pineapple Express, The Studio) as Jeff. Keke Palmer (Hustlers, Nope, One of Them Days) and Sandra Oh (The Princess Diaries, Grey’s Anatomy, Killing Eve) round out the all-star cast. With this movie, Aziz Ansari makes his feature directorial debut. In addition. he also wrote and produced the Lionsgate film. Anthony Katagas and Alan Yang served as producers alongside Ansari. Executive producers for Good Fortune include Aniz Adam Ansari, Jonathan McCoy, Christopher Woodrow, and Connor DiGregorio.  The hilarious film will hit theaters on October 17th.
