Ezekiel Elliott is currently appealing the NFL’s ruling of his six-game suspension for an alleged domestic abuse case against his ex-girlfriend.

Further details are being given during his appealing hearing and now we are finding out that the accuser Tiffany Thompson had a sexual relationship with Elliott’s former teammate Lucky Whitehead.

Whitehead who was released by the Cowboys for “bizarre circumstances” was brought up to testify last week in the hearings after the NFL was told by Tiffany Thompson that she had a relationship with Thompson.

Thompson told the NFL director of investigations, Kia Roberts, that she had had a relationship with him, but they “weren’t really dating” and when Elliott found out he said, “I blocked Lucky from my phone.”

During the appeal hearing, transcripts show that Elliott was asked about Whitehead and Thompson and that he said she texted him after he filed an official incident report about her allegedly harassing him.

“When Tiffany saw me doing well or just doing well without her, she did not like that and she would go through any measure to kind of ruin my moment or ruin what’s going on,” Elliott told Kia Roberts last week in the comments first reported by the Dallas Morning News. “And so particularly this moment was – after we had a big win verse the Steelers [on Nov. 13], and I had a very good game, and while I’m boarding the plane from Pittsburgh to Dallas, I received like 15 texts from an unknown number, and the texts were screen shots of texts messages between Tiffany and one of my current teammates that play with me for the Cowboys.”

“And then there was a picture of a hotel reservation, which had her name and also his name on it. Basically, her telling me that she slept with one of my teammates the previous week while we were in Cleveland.”

When Elliott was asked about how he felt about Whitehead taunting him and he said,”Pissed off.”

The evidence against the accuser shows she intentionally framed Elliott for her personal gains, but is it enough for the NFL to lift his suspension?
