The prosecution is licking their wounds after suffering a significant L at the hands of Proctor and Silver. They lost the D.N.A evidence after Proctor proved that the prosecution failed to present evidence of Greg’s illegal stop of Ghost.

Angela of course gets all of the blame but it was really Mak’s suggestion in the first place to ignore the evidence. After a brief shouting match where Saxe and Sandoval both put the blame on Angela, Mak pulls her to side to talk to her alone.

He gets on her about presenting the deal to Ghost behind his back which he wasn’t too pleased about. WIth all of that said he still wants her to be a part of the team. He presents Angela with another idea, he wants her to meet up with Tasha and present her a deal. Angela immediately says that she rather not go back there but Mak gives her no choice being that he rather her not presented Ghost a deal in the first place.
With no choice in the matter Angela and Tasha meet up.

Angela basically presents Tasha with the same deal she presented to Ghost. Tasha had no idea of the deal but lied and told Angela she knew all about it. On the inside though we know she was more like:

Angela tries to connect with Tasha by painting them both as victims that are being used by Ghost and if he does go free he has no issue seeing them both suffer. Tasha of course is so ride or di that she didn’t bite at all, she acknowledges that Ghost is a piece of shit but she will never flip on him. Angela failed to convince Tasha, but she did leave her with a cloud of doubt over head as she is now stuck wondering why Ghost never came to her about the deal in the first place?

Tasha pays Ghost a visit and lets him know that she knows about the deal that he didn’t take.

Tasha let Ghost know she was not pleased about finding out that he turned down a deal that could possibly protect her and the kids. Her main issue was the fact he didn’t consult her as they are both in this mess together. Tasha tells him about the deal Angela presented her and that she of course turned it down. But she definitely let Ghost know that he better not turn down another deal without talking to her first about it.

Tommy Cancels Christmas On Bailey Markham!
Proctor gets in contact with Homeland Security Agent Bailey Markham. Proctor wants to know why the prosecution isn’t using Markham as a timeline witness since he figures he would be very important to their case. Markham has no interest in helping either Proctor or James and flexes his subpoena power. Proctor feels both he and Bailey shares some similar interest, they both believe that Greg Knox isn’t the F.B.I. mole.

Proctor’s pitch intrigues Bailey enough that he reveals that he has evidence that could help his client James but at the same time hurt Tommy. Being that Proctor represents both of them he has to see what Bailey has on his clients. They agree to meet at Proctors apartment in hopes that they can both get what they want to help put this case to bed. Proctor immediately meets up Tommy to tell him what’s going on with the case.

Tommy lets Proctor know that he met up with Sammy and got the information on Tony Teresi that Ghost asked him to get. Proctor immediately lets Tommy know that Bailey has some damaging evidence on him and that he plans on meeting with him to find out what it is. Tommy insists that he has to be there too and Proctor was like:

But of course Tommy wasn’t asking Proctor he was telling him he was going to be there and the meeting ends. Proctor finally meets up with Bailey and he finally gets to hear the tape of Tommy admitting to killing Lobos with Ghost.

Bailey points out that Tommy never mentions Ghost’s name and that he never mentions Greg helped him. All Bailey cares about is clearing Greg’s record. He explains to Proctor if James wants to use the recording and flip on Tommy and get immunity, he’s gonna have to testify that Greg wasn’t killed for working for Lobos, but he was killed because he was close to taking down Tommy and James.

Proctor counters by explaining to Bailey that James doesn’t thing Knox was working with Lobos and that the real mole killed Knox and framed him. If they shine the light on that person it will exonerate both Greg and James. Proctor then asks Bailey if he has any idea who that person could be? Baily tells him he might know who that person is. He also isn’t done playing the recording either.

Bailey then plays the rest of the recording where you can hear Tommy killing poor Ruiz. Proctor could do nothing but stand there and listen in utter shock as he can hear his client Tommy cancel Christmas on Ruiz. Now he understands why Bailey emphasized that he either had to choose between Ghost flipping on Tommy or choosing not to use the recording and helping Tommy.

Unbeknownst to poor Bailey, Tommy was in the building listening and watching the whole meeting go down and he was not there to talk. Tommy immediately puts a knife deep into to the chest of Bailey multiple times!

Tommy made the decision to kill Bailey because he thought Ghost was on gonna flip on him not knowing that actually Ghost was trying to help him. Proctor is now deeper in the situation more than ever after witnessing the murder of a federal agent and Tommy tells him now “we’re both implicated, we’re in this together”.

Ghost Has Dirt On Teresi!

Tony meets up with Ghost in the weight room to thank him for making the first drop, tell him he’s good for the week and to issue some more demands. Not only does Teresi want more money, he also wants to meet Tommy personally. Hmmmm wonder what that is all about?

What Tony doesn’t know is that he no longer has the upper hand in the situation, Ghost has information on him now thanks to Tommy. Ghost immediately tells him that he will NOT be meeting Tommy and that he will no longer be getting any money from them. Tony was like:
Ghost brings up the murder Tony is implicated in and threatens to snitch if he continues to harass him or anyone that knows him on the outside. Ghost brings up the consequences if in fact the Seletti (not sure if we spelled that right) family finds out who killed their father and how that could impact Tony’s sick wife. Tony makes the wise decision to back down and keep it moving, but we are still very intrigued about his fascination with Tommy.

The Feds Freeze All Assets!

Things are just not getting any better for the St. Patrick family. Tasha learns from Raina and Riq’s principal that the last check they sent to pay for their tuition was denied by the bank. The principal took great joy in relaying that information to Tasha while her children watched.Tasha insists that there must be some sort of error and to resubmit the check but the principal tells her the bank won’t honor any checks from either Tasha or James. Tasha has till the end of the week to make a payment or her kids face suspension.

On the other side of town Keisha is also not faring well either. The feds arrive to shut down her shop as she is locking up for the night.

Poor Keisha has no idea what’s going on and why they are shutting her down and immediately calls Tasha to get some clarity. Meanwhile Dre also isn’t faring too well his damn self.

That’s right, the feds also shut down Truth as well, which not only hurts Ghost but it also makes life extremely hard for Dre who has to pay Kanan on the side. The feds are definitely applying pressure to Ghost and his crew.
Proctor Is Disqualified!

Proctor, Terry and James have no idea why they have been summoned to court. They quickly find out after Mike hands the judge a folder. After quickly going over it the judge asks that the lawyers meet him in his chambers and to send James back to his holding cell.

In the chambers we find out that the prosecution is requesting that Proctor be disqualified due to conflicts of interest. The prosecution successfully makes the case that he no longer has his client’s (James) best interest by turning down the deal Angela presented to them and also representing Tommy . So that means Ghost is now stuck with Terry as his lawyer.

There was a small consolation prize out of all of this though. Proctors amazing work earlier got the gun evidence dismissed as he made a very good case of it possibly being planted. We are also sure the outburst he got out of SAC Jerry Donovan while he was testifying helped the judge make his decision. Proctor now has to go break the unfortunate news to his client James. James immediately picks up on something being wrong cause they are not having this conversation in the attorney room.

Proctor tells James he is no longer his attorney and that Terry will be taking over. James is not a fan of Terry at all and is definitely mad as hell on the inside. Proctor is definitely taking this one hard though as he was committed to this case and helping Ghost beat it.

Angela Makes A Startling Discovery!

Down in the dumps after being disqualified, Proctor decides to go pay Angela a visit to let her know exactly how he feels about being removed from the case. Proctor makes a passionate argument for Ghost’s innocence, hammering home the fact that everything Ghost did he did for Angela. He also insists to Angela that she knows that gun that was found in Ghost’s office is not his.
Proctor’s plea resonated with Angela cause she decides to go check the surveillance footage from that night.

Angela makes a startling discovery after watching the tape, Ghost was indeed telling the truth and he never not once made his way to that bar to hide the gun.

Oh and she also noticed that Mike was the last person to review the tape so that means he knows and chose to ignore that fact.

Ohhhh we can’t wait to see how Angela handles this in next weeks episode. We hope she makes the right decision and presents her findings to her team. We shall see next!
