Calling all ghosts and goblins galore! Halloween Town returns to Sugar Land Town Square on Sunday, Oct. 30, from 4-8 p.m. All little witches, superheroes, princesses and other creative characters are invited to bring their families and pets for an evening of friendly surprises and spooks.

Festive Halloween characters will roam Town Square inviting children to participate in several activity stations and attractions provided by local organizations and businesses. Come enjoy a giant inflatable Halloween Maze, take a ride on the Halloween Express or decorate a pumpkin at the Munchkin Pumpkin Patch!

Just remember, no blood or gruesome horror elements, as Halloween Town is for friendly ghosts, goblins and ghouls. Admission is free to the community. Children and pets in their Halloween best are invited to enter Halloween Town’s costume contest in the following categories:

           Pets 4 p.m. 4:30 p.m.
           3 years old or under 4:30 p.m. 5 p.m.
           4-7 years old 5 p.m. 5:30 p.m.
           8-11 years old 5:30 p.m. 6 p.m.
          12 years old or older 6 p.m. 6:30 p.m.
           Group 6:30 p.m. 7 p.m.

 

Hurry because limited space is provided per category. Be the first to sign up your child or pet using the contest entry form at www.sugarlandtx.gov/halloweentown.

A free shuttle service will run from Mercer Stadium, 16403 Lexington Blvd., to Sugar Land Town Square from 3:30-8:30 p.m. Limited parking will also be available in the Texas and Lone Star garages located in Town Square.
