Earth, Wind, & Fire Not Happy With Unauthorized Use Of Song During RNC
Popular artists are against their music being used at the Republican National Convention, and for good reason.
Many speakers have aligned themselves with hateful rhetoric and discrimination against minorities, women’s rights, and LGBTQ communities.
Funk group Earth, Wind, & Fire joined Queen with a disgruntled tweet about their music being played during the speeches.
During the RNC, hit songs “September” and “We Are The Champions” were played without permission.
Hopefully, the RNC will cough up some money in fines for the misuse.
