Usually when a person has any vitamin D deficiency the Dr.’s will advise or prescribe for you to get on a vitamin D supplement along with some SPF FREE time in the sun. That’s right and along with these other vitamin D sources such as salmon, tuna, mackerel and fish live oils, you can help yourself with, but if you don’t want do do all than there is a new Australian sunscreen called Solar D.
