The Coog are in the House!
It seems like The University of Houston (12-1) and its high powered offense are finally getting the respect they deserve, they earned a spot in a major bowl game as the top-ranked team from the Group of Five conferences and as champs of American Athletic Conference.
We will be taking on Florida State on New Year’s Eve in the Peach Bowl. FSU (10-2) won the national championship two years ago when their QB Jameis Winston won the Heisman (as a rookie too!) and just last year they reached the college football playoffs, but got destroyed by Oregon in the semifinals!
This is truly a sign of U of H being respected and rewarded for their hard work! With this and the recent contract extension of Coach Herman, it’s safe to say the future is looking bright for The Coogs!
