What you know about them Texas Boys? No, really… what you know about them? I didn’t know much about Carter High until I chatted with the Writer & Director of the film, and it seems like they have an interesting story. The Carter High Cowboys actually beat the football team that inspired Friday Night Lights, so I’m surprised a film wasn’t made about them sooner. The Carter High players went through some controversial times back in 1988 and Charles Dutton, Vivica A. Fox, David Banner & Pooch Hall are helping tell that story. Watch the movie trailer here:
This movie is in theaters nationwide and is currently being show at the AMC Theater in Katy.
