Beck Responds To Kanye
Even Beck agrees Beyonce should have won album of the year at the 2015 Grammys. The 90s rock artist, who also took home “Best Rock Album” for his 2014 release “Morning Phase,” responded to Ye stage crash his acceptance speech.
“I was just so excited he was coming up. He deserves to be on stage as much as anybody,” Beck told US Weekly. “How many great records has he put out in the last five years right?”
When asked if he thought Beyonce should have won, he replied “Absolutely.” “I thought she was going to win. Come on, she’s Beyonce!”
As for Kanye’s “artistry” comment, Beck kept it cute and said, “You can’t please everybody, man,” he replied. “I still love him and think he’s genius. I aspire to do what he does.”

If their Grammy win wasn’t epic enough, rumor has it Beyonce and Jay Z are releasing a joint album.
Beyonce’s “Drunk In Love” producer Detail told Billboard on the red carpet of the Grammy Awards, “I’m working with a couple of new projects that I don’t want to unveil, and then me and Beyoncé and Jay Z are actually doing something together this year.”
Detail didn’t go into detail (see what I did there?) about the project but he added, “When you think of Jay and Bey together, you think ‘album.’ You should already know.”
Way to leave us hanging.

Just when you think Tracee Ellis-Ross couldn’t get anymore fabulous, she goes and…gets more fabulous. The “blac-ish” star covers Essence Magazine’s March split-cover that hits stands this Friday.
“I like being the ‘hot mommy’…also I find that on TV, marriage gets a really bad rap. It’s like this thing you never want to do, and the comedy comes out of what people hate about being married,” she explained in Essence’s “Wild & Free” article. “What drew me to ‘black-ish’ is that this couple loves each other and the comedy comes out of that. I want to have a family, so until that time comes, this show is a brilliant substitute.”

Funnyman Kevin Hart is set to host the official Comedy Central roast of Justin Bieber and we never usually pair Justin Bieber and “excited” in the same sentence, but we’re certainly looking forward to watching the Belieber leader squirm. So far, there’s no word on who will be joining Hart to do the honors, but we have all faith Kevin is enough to get the job done.
The roast is scheduled to tape at Sony Studios on March 14 and premiere March 30 at 10 p.m. Scheduled right after the comedy special is Bieber’s 21st birthday special. Oh what fun.
