Chris Brown was released from jail around midnight after serving 108 days.

Brown was sentenced on May 9 to 131 days of time to serve but he was credited for 116 days he spent in rehab and 59 days he spent behind bars.

Brown was serving time for violating his probation in the Rihanna case. He could’ve served a total of four years.

His D.C. assault trial is still pending, which should start in the next few months.

Chris Brown sent a tweet out a few hours after his release seemingly humbled by his jail experience.
