Three People Held Hostage In Baytown Standoff
KPRC is reporting that after having an argument with his girlfriend, a man fired multiple shots at a SWAT team and Baytown police officers Sunday morning. Authorities say Amel Garza, 20, held three people hostage in the standoff but eventually let them go.
