A 28-year-old woman told police she recognized some kids while they were trick-or-treating, she joked she’d take their candy. Obviously, the joke wasn’t a hit was the kids, so a 10-year-old in the crew pulled a gun.
The gun wasn’t loaded but the boy had a clip of ammunition. He was taken to the police station and was turned over to his parents.
The boy’s brother, who is also 10, told Police he also had a gun and both weapons were recovered by police. The boys got the gun from their grandfather without his permission.
