A tense scene took place at a Pennsylvania rally Saturday (July 13) as agents escorted Donald Trump offstage after sounds described as gunshots rang out. Trump, 78, was reportedly bleeding from his ear and pumping his fist as the Secret Service escorted him to safety.

Trump took the stage around 6p EST and was still early in his speech to the crowd when the incident occurred.

Heavily armed security took the stage as he was led off.
