According to local affiliate WSBTV, Judge Thomas Cox issued the ruling as Lucci was indicted on gang-related racketeering charges as well as allegations of felony murder. 

The 30-year-old was named in a 75 page, 105 count racketeering indictment earlier this month.

“This indictment is unprecedented. YFN Lucci has turned himself in to the authorities. Earlier this week, Atlanta PD revealed the rapper was wanted for his alleged involvement in a homicide.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution is reporting Lucci (real name Rayshawn Bennett) is facing potential charges in regards to a shooting on December 10 which claimed the life of 28-year-old James Adams.
