1. Must submit a Single (no albums) (Clean radio edit)
2. Link to viral video (how many views does it have for your single)
3. Twitter , FB, IG and/or website link for group/artist
4. List of recent performances in town or the area (Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi)
5. Must submit your artwork for the single (high res .jpeg )
6. Short Bio (no more than one page) and press photo of the artist
7. Your song MUST be copyrighted (this prevents poachers from stealing your lyrics, concept and song)
OPTIONAL BUT A REALLY GOOD IDEA – SHOW US HOW SERIOUS YOU REALLY ARE AS AN ARTIST
Do you have an EPK (Electronic Press Kit) … if so, submit with the single
MUST BE ABLE TO ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS (for on air consideration):
1. Is the song available for download and/or for sale on iTunes?
2. Is your song registered with ASCAP/BMI (producer and songwriter)
3. Do you own the beat/track or is it leased? DO YOU HAVE LEGAL PAPERWORK STATING YOUR OWNERSHIP OR LEASE OF THE BEAT
4. Are the samples cleared (if it includes a sample) *** do you have the right to use the sample? if you don’t, the owner of the sample can and will shut you down***
5. Is your single registered with Mediabase and/or BDS?
