Fabolous has officially been charged in connection with the alleged assault of his girlfriend and the mother of his two sons, Emily Bustamante.

The Brooklyn rapper, real name John Jackson, is facing one count of aggravated assault in the third degree as well as one count of making terroristic threats, also in the third degree.

According to the complaint filed against the rapper, Bustamante said that her sons’ father committed domestic violence against her, punching her in the head seven times, “causing severe damage to her two front teeth.” Both of the teeth were medically removed. He also texted her to “inform her that he would hit her in the head with a baseball bat,” and after he attempted to obtain a handgun that had been removed, “informed the victim that he had a bullet for her.”

The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office in New Jersey will be trying the case against the “Throw It In The Bag” rapper. If he’s convicted, he faces three to five years in state prison long with up to $15,000 in fines.
