This segment of Access Houston KG Smooth welcomes Johnny Bravo, Tony Deleon, and Keavon Runnels to tells us about the events happening at the 24th MLK Grande Parade. Their sole purpose is to promote Racial Harmony through Educational and Promotional concepts and ideas. This year is, of course, the parade and then it’s the Battle of the Bands hosted by Stephen F. Austin HS.

Also, KG welcomes back Corey D. Wallace and Christopher Bonners from Young Black Authors. These young men talk about them writing their own book about their lives, so far. They also touch on the importance of having younger people expressing their story through literature, instead of trying to rap.
