The five living former U.S. Presidents, Jimmy Carter, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama have joined forces in launching a fundraising campaign for the Hurricanes disaster relief.
The campaign was originally set-up collect relief for Hurricane Harvey, but as the weeks went on, other places were slammed by other hurricanes too.

“One America Appeal,” the campaign’s title, has recently added Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Island and it’s allowing people to now make donations to contribute funds for the United for Puerto Rico and The Fund for Virgin Islands. Both 501(c)(3) are organizations.
There were too many people that have affected by these three natural disasters so don’t forget that campaign is still taking donations for the other two hurricanes Harvey and Irma that slammed both Texas and Florida before Maria formed and made her way to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands
The campaign made a statement in a press release that said:
“Now individuals, foundations and in situations making tax deductible donations at OneAmericaAppeal.org may choose to assist all three efforts from Hurricanes Harvey in Texas, Irma in Florida and Maria Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands- or to direct their donation to a specific recovery effort- using the drop-down menus in the website’s donation section.”
Please go checkout the website and make donations for the islands that are 100% without power.
