Yesterday, a 10-month old baby was shot while his father was carrying him during a walking outside their apartment complex. The shooting took place in SouthWest Houston around 1:40 P.M. on the 5400 block of Braesvalley Drive.
The police are asking for anyone who saw the three men responsible for the shooting and death of the baby to come forward.
Today in a press conference the HPD Chief Art Acevedo called the killers, “Callous” and “cowardly.”

Messiah Marshall was rushed to the nearby gas station by his grief stricken father because the dad had seen a cop there earlier that day.
Witnesses at the gas station said that the father was scream for help while holding the motionless baby in his arms.
One witness said, “He’s crying; he’s in shock.”
The father told police that he did not know the guy who pulled the trigger, but he’s just hoping that witnesses come forward.
