There are nine possible teams Tony Romo could end up at and three long shot teams and with a complete breakdown, ESPN is giving us a variety of scenarios that could play out for Romo in 2017.
Here’s what’s lies ahead for Romo and is contract:

Tony Romo signed a 6 year, $108,000,000 contract with the Dallas Cowboys, including a $25,000,000 signing bonus, $55,000,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $18,000,000. In 2017, Romo will earn a base salary of $14,000,000. Romo has a cap hit of $24,700,000 while his dead money value is $19,600,000.

Here are a few of his possible destinations and they why it could work and why it couldn’t work….
1. Denver Broncos
They’re saying that John Elway looking to score another Super bowl return. The why not, because Romo would be a costly quick fix.
2. Houston Texans
Going back to how Brock Osweiler played last season, Romo would most likely be a starter. That’s the spot he lost to his injury and to Dak Prescott’s great season.
The why not goes back to Osweiler’s hefty contract and $16 million they have guaranteed in for the coming season.
3. Buffalo Bills
The Bills have a new coach and he’s probably going to clean house and that might not include their quarter back Tyrod Taylor. The prob not part- if they’re not going to pick up Taylor’s contract, the ninth ranked QB in 2016 and seventh ranked in 2015 then they’re not going to want and older QB like Romo.
The last realistic possibility for Romo is Cleveland Browns and from there we have the possible long shots-
The first on that list is his team, the Dallas Cowboys followed by Kansas City Chiefs, New York Jets, San Francisco 49ers.
Here are the impossible long shots-
Washington Washington Football Team, Arizona Cardinals and Jacksonville Jaguars
So which team should be his new destination?
