Justin Bieber was in Houston last month for his “Purpose Tour” show and caught a lawsuit by a man in Houston.
Houston resident, Robert Earl Morgan is suing Justin Bieber claiming that the singer destroyed and smashed his phone at Cle nightclub.

Morgan says Bieber was attempting to chug a beer bong “was clearly a novice” and the beer ended up spilling all over his clothes and face. Morgan caught the failed attempt on video before Bieber grabbed his phone and smashed it to pieces.
The lawsuit filed by Morgan seeks over $100,000 from the Biebs. According to the lawsuit, Morgan lost his sim card in the midst which contained “precious memories, including pics of his grandma’s 100th birthday party, lost business contacts that have tampered with his commission” and 5,000 photos and videos of his travel as a photography major in college.
If Bieber loses this case, homeboy will officially have the most expensive phone worth $100,000.
