Gennady Golovkin aka Triple G., is scheduled to fight on April 23rd against Dominic Wade at L.A. Forum, and Canelo Alvarez is scheduled to fight Amir Khan on May 7th in Las Vegas, but they’re saying that come September 17th the two might fight each other.
It’s said that the champs Saul “Canelo” Alvarez  and Triple G. are supposed to fight against each other on September 17th at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas if the fight does take place.

Since the two fighters are known to draw in large crowds; with Canelo’s 46 W – 1 L and Golovkin’s 34 W  – 0 L, the man who promotes Golovkin,Tom Loeffler, said, “Canelo sold 30,000 tickets against (James) Kirkland in Houston, and Gennady sold 20,000 tickets to Lemieux in New York. You  put those two fan bases together, in a high-profile fight, and you could easily get 70,000 people in AT&T Stadium.”
The fighters are both middleweight fighters with the orthodox stance and they each hold a title… well, Golovkin holds four, the WBA Super World middleweight title, IBF World middleweight title, interim WBC World middleweight title and International Boxing Organization World middleweight title whereas Canelo only holds WBC World middleweight title.
Canelo wants to fight to be fought at catchweight of 155 pounds and Golovkin wants to fight at a middleweight of 160 pounds… what will happen?
They said that for his last fight/win over Miguel Cotto, Canelo drew in 900,000 buys of the PPV fight and Golovkin drew in 150,000 against his October fight of David Lemieux.
