The Houston Texans’ Defensive End, JJ Watt broke his hand during practice a couple of weeks ago and he’s still giving it 100%… or at least trying.
Watt’s broken hand didn’t stop him from playing against the New England Patriots on Dec. 13th and it didn’t stop him from playing again yesterday against the Colts for the win either.

Watt’s usual pre-game ritual is to hit the field with warm ups for about 90 minutes before kickoff, but this game that wasn’t as easy at it sounds when Watt went out with his usual routine.
Since Watt is playing, his broken hand has been turned into a club hand (no fingers) for his game day performances in order to protect his break.
The usage of his hand is obviously harder than usual, but yesterday, JJ proceeded to do his warm-up, but the club hand wouldn’t allow him to secure his headphones on his head.
Watch as Watt attempts to put his headphones on and eventually gets help from a teammate.
