Did you know that there were five different types of orgasms?
Well, according to the NeuroQuantology, an interdisciplinary journal of Neuroscience and Quantum Physics site, “expanded orgasms induce a different state of consciousness, or “orgasmic consciousness”, whereas many forms of altered states of consciousness (ASC) can be observed.”
There are five ways here that are explaining to you what they are and how to get them. You have to try them out, it’s a way to shake things up for you.
The Clitoral Orgasm:
What it is: This is what you would consider a “direct stimulation” of the clitoris. It’s also described as “localized, sharp, bursting and short-lasting.”
How to get more: Go solo at first, suggests Janet Wolfe, a NYC based sex therapist. Masturbation allows you to figure out what works best for you, and you’ll know better how to direct your partner, Wolfe says.
This will also help feel comfy achieving orgasm during sex.
The Vaginal Orgasm
What it is: This also known as the “G-spot” orgasm which don’t always happen for women. According to NeuroQuantology study, vaginal orgasms are achieved more through intercourse than clitoral stimulation. This is best described as “whole body” and and longer-lasting than clitoral orgasms.
Women who have vaginal orgasms are more likely to have multiple orgasms too.
How to get more: FYI: Just because you haven’t had a vaginal orgasm doesn’t mean it can’t happen! Researchers have found out that the G-spot is located on the front wall of the vagina. This means that your man needs to hit your target maybe by doing from behind.
According to the study from Journal of Sexual Medicine, the longer the sex lasts, the more likely you’re going to reach an orgasm.
The Blended Orgasm
What it is: This is when you have a clitoral and vaginal orgasm simultaneously.
This blended orgasm is known to have lasted up between 1-15 minutes and the final ending of it is one big “giant” orgasm.
How to get more: “Some women find that the best position for orgasm is missionary because their clitoris is also being rubbed through penetration,” says Jane Geer, PhD, a NYC based marriage and sex therapist.
But a woman-on-top can also be beneficial.
What it is: SERIOUSLY— This is an orgasm trigged by exercise. According to Debby Herbenick, PhD, a sex researcher and author of book, The Coregasm Workout.
It’s not going to be a “giant” orgasm or something that will rock your world, but it’s still going to make you feel good.
How to get more: Are you ready for this?
You need to get your heart rate up to what is called an “exercise-induced” orgasm.
You get cardio in than you work on your core… Herbenick suggests that exercises like hanging leg raises are the most beneficial. Herbencik says, you have to do a hard workout to the point of fatigue and than keep going once you start feeling some excitement.
LASTLY WE HAVE
The Skin Orgasm
What it is: This is musical induced orgasms that you experience through your skin. It’s something that we have considered to be just chills or goosebumps… of course it has a name, it’s called “Frissons.”
Frissons is a “musically induced effect associate with a pleasant tingling feeling,” accord to a study by the journal Frontiers in Psychology.
Researchers believe that the sensation is brought about by music… the change of music and when the key might change or quick jumps from soft to loud.
How to get more: So far the only music that can give you the Frissons is classical music. The crescendos and chord changes…
Studies have said that music that is more familiar to you will work for your physical reactions.
