Did you know that there were five different types of orgasms?
Well, according to the NeuroQuantology, an interdisciplinary journal of Neuroscience and Quantum Physics site, “expanded orgasms induce a different state of consciousness, or “orgasmic consciousness”, whereas many forms of altered states of consciousness (ASC) can be observed.”
There are five ways here that are explaining to you what they are and how to get them. You have to try them out, it’s a way to shake things up for you.

What it is: SERIOUSLY— This is an orgasm trigged by exercise. According to Debby Herbenick, PhD, a sex researcher and author of book, The Coregasm Workout.
It’s not going to be a “giant” orgasm or something that will rock your world, but it’s still going to make you feel good.
How to get more: Are you ready for this?
You need to get your heart rate up to what is called an “exercise-induced” orgasm.
You get cardio in than you work on your core… Herbenick suggests that exercises like hanging leg raises are the most beneficial. Herbencik says, you have to do a hard workout to the point of fatigue and than keep going once you start feeling some excitement.
LASTLY WE HAVE
The Skin Orgasm
What it is: This is musical induced orgasms that you experience through your skin. It’s something that we have considered to be just chills or goosebumps… of course it has a name, it’s called “Frissons.”
Frissons is a “musically induced effect associate with a pleasant tingling feeling,” accord to a study by the journal Frontiers in Psychology.
