(Dallas, TX) — Walmart is being sued by a Texas couple who says the store’s refusal to print their engagement pictures because there was a gun in it is a first amendment violation. According to WFAA-TV, Stephanie Wehner of Dallas submitted the pics to Walmart but a sales clerk said they couldn’t take care of them because the policy is to not print photos of firearms. Wehner claims the clerk said it would promote a “gang culture.” A Walmart official later told WFAA that the chain has no such policy.
