(HOUSTON) — After deliberating for about two hours, a jury found Ana Trujillo guilty of murder for the stiletto stabbing death of her on-again, off again boyfriend Dr. Alf Stefan Andersson.

Trujillo killed Andersson with her stiletto-heeled shoe, striking the 59-year-old victim at least 25 times in the face during an argument in June at his Houston condominium.

Andersson was a University of Houston professor.

Trujillo, 45, faces up to life in prison.
