(Kuala Lumpur) — Officials are clarifying the last voice transmission from the cockpit of the missing Malaysian jetliner. Malaysia’s Department of Civil Aviation says the final words heard by air traffic control from the doomed flight were “Good night Malaysian three seven zero.” It had previously been reported that the last transmission was “Alright, goodnight.” Investigators are still trying to determine whether those last words from the cockpit were spoken by the pilot or co-pilot. Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 vanished on May 8th and all 239 passengers and crew are presumed to be dead.
