In 2 years, Break Free Community Center has been a second home to over 500 kids/teens in the Houston-area. It’s a spot where the youth come to create an escape in ways they see fit (DJing, B-Boying, Graffiti Classes, etc.). It’s a dope place for the new generation to build up self-confidence and learn about healthy living through positive Hip-Hop culture.
BFCC’s current floor plan is just a wide-open space, which limits their daily programming. In order to better serve our community, The Break Free Team has decided to expand their center with a goal to create 3, safe, structured, and inspiring classrooms that will allow students to participate in a variety of Art programs (Dance, Art, and Music).
