I think Jay Z is starting to rub off on “Queen B”. I don’t think he was just talking when he said “new rules”. At 11pm 12/12/13, Beyonce released “Beyonce”. No promo. No marketing campaign. Just a 14 second Instagram video. Gotta love a Houston Woman… Yes Lawd!!!
