I was shocked when I heard this…a woman in North Dakota said that she isn’t giving out candy this year to Halloween trick-or-treaters that she thinks are overweight. She’s giving them letters to take home to their parents with this message: “Your child is, in my opinion, moderately obese and should not be consuming sugar and treats to the extent of some children this Halloween season.” YIKES! Well that poses the question….
