Marijuana laws are quickly becoming more lenient as time goes on, and Puerto Rico is the latest to join into that foray.
According to The Tampa Tribune, Puerto Rico is currently introducing a bill that will make pot legal…under a certain set of circumstances. The proposed bill states that owning up to one ounce of marijuana, by someone aged 21 or older, would be considered legal. In addition, another proposed measure would make medicinal marijuana legal. These bills are currently up for debate in the Senate.
