Penelope Soto of Miami was in court facing drug charges relating to possession of Xanax, a prescription drug. The 18-year-old obviously didn’t take the charge seriously.
Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat was in the process of setting her bond. He asked Soto about the value of her jewelry. Soto laughed and said it was like Rick Ross’. That was strike one.
