Houston Police need the public’s help with any information on the murder of a man Monday night.

Officials say an off-duty officer with the Houston Independent School District was at Worthing High School on Wilmington Rd., when he heard several gunshots.

The officer then discovered the victim, 28-year-old John Miller, in his car with multiple gunshot wounds.

Miller was taken to Ben Taub Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Meantime, officials say they have no known motive or suspect at this time.
