The 11-1 Houston Texans take on the 9-3 New England Patriots in Foxboro, MA tonight. It’s being billed as the game of the year and a possible preview of the AFC Championship. This may be the Texans toughest test of the year facing QB Tom Brady and a Patriot team that is 37-3 in December since 2002.

So after carefully analyzing this game for about 3 minutes I’ve come up with a sound game plan for the Texans to come home 12-1.

1) Play keep away from Tom Brady. The Patriots are the #1 scoring team in the NFL the best defense is to just keep them off the field by dominating the time of possession. (Read: Heavy doses of RB’s Arian Foster & Ben Tate.)

2) Score Touchdowns. Didn’t you just read #1? The Patriots are the #1 scoring team in the NFL. Field goals ain’t gonna cut it against them. The Texans have to finish their drives with big points if they are going to keep up with the Pats.

Take the poll: What do you think are the keys to a Texans victory?
