MTV doesn’t want its audience to make a decision between watching their Video Music Awards, and President Obama’sspeech at the Democratic National Convention, Thursday (Sept. 6). To kill any potential conflict, the network has moved up their show by an hour to give viewers the opportunity to tune in to the commander in chief, after watching the likes of Rihanna,Alicia Keys, Frank Ocean, and more take the MTV stage.
