A Massachusetts man is in trouble with the law for allegedly tossing hot French Frys at his stepdaughter. Authorities in Lowell say 26-year-old James Hackett got into an argument with his wife after leaving a McDonald’s and the young stepdaughter also got involved. They say that led Hackett to toss the hot food in the girl’s face. She was not seriously hurt but Hackett is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. He has entered a not guilty plea
