Authorities in Florida are accusing a fast food customer of overreacting to an error in his order. WPTV.com says Michael Linn Ogborn was arrested on April 12th after he allegedly punched the manager of a Sonic restaurant in the face. Ogborn reportedly became upset when he discovered that employees had failed to fulfill his request and included tomatoes in his food. The 36-year-old Vero Beach resident began yelling and demanding a refund, prompting the manager to return Ogborn’s money. Ogborn apparently wasn’t satisfied with just a refund, as he allegedly went on to punch the manager in his face. Ogborn told police he threw the punch after the manager spit on his shoes. Ogborn was apprehended on a misdemeanor battery charge.
