AVANCE’s Community Empowerment Program is a FREE 10 week program comprised of marriage and premarital education, relationship skills, parenting skills, financial management, conflict resolution, job readiness, jobs placement, resume writing and employment etiquette to name a few. CEP is for married, engaged, cohabitating and single adult. AVANCE is providing FREE childcare, FREE educational resources, FREE food and FREE gifts and prizes! CEP is available at three of AVANCE’s thirteen sites; Tidwell, Mangum and Jensen, which covers from the northwest to the northeast section of Houston.
