(Houston, TX) — Trick-or-treaters are being urged to be safe as they hit the local neighborhoods for goodies tonight. Authorities say an adult should always go with younger trick-or-treaters, and if the kids are older, they should check in often and set a time to return home. Kids should never go inside a stranger’s house and always look both ways before crossing the street. Parents should also make the kids take a glow stick or flashlight so drivers can see them.
