An Iowa woman apparently takes her barbeque very seriously. The “Iowa City Press-Citizen” says Dameka Bryant was arrested earlier this week after she allegedly got into an altercation over barbeque ribs. Iowa City police responded to a home on Monday night and found Bryant standing in the driveway in her bra and underwear. Authorities later learned that Bryant had been at a barbeque earlier in the day, and got mad when someone ate her leftover ribs. The residents reportedly told her to leave, but she wound up starting a fight and kicking two holes in the drywall. Bryant, who appeared to be drunk, also fought with police when they attempted to place her under arrest. She is now facing several charges, including public intoxication and fifth-degree criminal mischief.
