A Hip-Hop mogul implicated last week in the 1994 Times Square shooting of Tupac Shakur was arrested Tuesday on federal drug charges after a month-long manhunt.
James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals at the W Hotel on Union Square.
