A Kentucky family is taking legal action over a carton of milk. Courier-Journal.com reports that Robert and Rosaling Grant filed a lawsuit on Monday against Wal-Mart after they found a dead mouse in their milk. The couple and their 23-year-old granddaughter sought medical attention after discovering the rancid rodent in May. The lawsuit, filed in Jefferson Circuit Court, alleges that the Grants have suffered embarrassment, humiliation and emotional distress. Their attorney, William Davis, remarks, quote, “This has been a traumatic experience for the Grants. They were completely shocked.” The lawsuit is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
