(New Castle, PA)  —  A Pennsylvania father was arrested  for allegedly forcing his children to smoke weed.  According to police, David Stewart of New Castle tried to force the drug on his 13-year-old daughter and 14-year-old son.  The boy reportedly refused and took his sister to their aunt’s house, who then reported the incident to police.  Stewart is facing a slew of charges including endangering the welfare of children, distributing a controlled substance to a minor and harassment.
