(Lake Worth, FL) — Police are accusing a West Palm Beach, Florida, man of riding his bike up to unsuspecting women, fondling them and then pedaling away. Authorities caught up with 46-year-old Carlos Cocuy and arrested him on three felony battery charges for attacks. Investigators are trying to determine if Cocuy is the same guy who might be responsible for a string of similar incidents in the county.
