I saw a lot of funny celebrity costumes, but Keke Palmer wins the award for the best one… hands down! She dressed as Aaliyah and really embodied who the entertainer was and what she represented. She even made a mini music video with dance moves and everything! She put in work for Halloween as if she was playing a character for a role in a movie. Sorry Alexandra Shipp… but Keke dd it better.
