A grand jury in Queens, New York has returned an indictment against Cardi B for her alleged role in a 2018 strip club brawl that left two women injured.

According to ABC News, the charges against Cardi weren’t made immediately clear and the indictment will not be unsealed until the “Press” rapper is arraigned on Tuesday. TMZ is reporting that the rapper is facing 14 charges, including two felonies. In total, the charges range from felony attempted assault with intent to cause serious physical injury, misdemeanor reckless endangerment, assault, criminal solicitation, conspiracy, and harassment.

She faced misdemeanor charges for her alleged role in the fight where thrown chairs and bottles resulted in two bartenders being injured. Initially, Cardi rejected a plea from the DA’s office in Queens, signaling that additional charges may be levied against her.

Last August, two bartenders, Jade and Baddie G from Angels Strip Club claimed that Cardi incited her entourage to throw chairs and bottles at them. Multiple outlets have reported that the incident was prompted by rumors that Cardi B’s husband Offset of Migos had an affair with Jade.

According to NBC New York, a source says there is surveillance video of Cardi picking up an ice bucket and throwing it at the sisters.
