Richelle Gemini is another one of those names that has found footing in simply being herself. A woman who still embraces an area code (409) that is as country as it is sweet, honest as it is raw and pocket-knife sharp. Her Sweet Gemi Jones tape clocks in at only 9 tracks but makes every minute of its length meaningful. The title track alone plays up to the moniker, a slow, deliberate drawl just like Uncle Chad and a “we do it on my terms and my terms only” demeanor.
